HR Practitioners
The HR Practitioners Special Interest Group for members of People In Aid meets quarterly to facilitate networking for those working in operational HR roles in the relief and international development sector.
The purpose of the group is to enable HR practitioners to discuss common HR issues, gain insights into how those issues or challenges are being or could be tackled, share good practice and encourage learning and networking amongst peers. Topics covered at meetings have included retention, management development and metrics.
