Reward Special Interest Group

People In Aid's 'Reward Special Interest Group' connects Compensation specialists and HR professionals with responsibility for reward / pay / benefits. Members (individuals) can be based anywhere in the world - the group provides a forum for discussion and networking, and members can choose to participate in various salary and benefit surveys designed specifically for the INGO community.

Crucial to the special interest group are our corporate partners, ORC Worldwide (URL orcworldwide.com) and Birches Group (URL birchesgroup.com), with whom we have a strong and healthy relationship. Both are leading global compensation specialists with long experience in the humanitarian and development sector, and both continue to work successfully with many of the world's leading INGOs and international organisations.
