Background
People In Aid has been facilitating a reward special interest group for International NGOs since 2005. In 2006, the group piloted an international salary survey with ORC Worldwide, building on an existing survey ORC had developed with a group of US based agencies. Now in its fifth year, the survey counts more than 50 leading INGOs from the US and EMEA among its subscribers.
The survey benchmarks over 50 key ‘international’ jobs within INGOs, ranging from those based within a head office environment through to regional and country level roles such as Humanitarian Coordinator, Country Director and a number of key senior in-country posts.
The subscription also includes a survey of international reward policies and practices, a bi-annual cost of living increase survey, along with various actual and virtual networking meetings or seminars.
We invite you to register with us and to benefit from the outputs and the valuable networking opportunities in 2010
