Formatting code
It's easy to add links and simple formatting to your forum post. This can make it easier to read, and easier for people to follow the links you are suggesting.
To apply formatting to your post, you need to surround the words that you want to format with the following "square bracket" code.
| Code | Result |
|---|---|
| Bold | Bold |
| Italic | Italic |
| [link]www.example.org[/link] | www.example.org |
| [link=www.example.org]Linked words[/link] | Linked words |
| email@example.org | email@example.org |
| [image]http://www.peopleinaid.org/img/logosmall.gif[/image] |
![]() |
With links, you can choose to include or exclude the http:// bit – the link will still work.
