Frustrated and angry (case study)
It had been very difficult to achieve anything for many reasons, and the team member returned home after his contract expired feeling frustrated and angry. Nobody in the organisation appeared to listen to what he had to say during his very limited debriefing. The frustration and anger only increased over the following weeks and he took his story to a newspaper. They published an article which was very critical of the organisation and many people in the organisation had to spend a lot of time responding to the criticism much of which was unjustified.
