Living conditions
People will be working long hours under difficult conditions. Additional stress will be caused if they are expected to take meals, socialise and share accommodation with their colleagues.
Minimum
Privacy – space which is theirs and into which they can retreat and relax. A single tent might do – a shared bedroom won't.
