Standby agreement
Another organisation agrees to provide staff at very short notice under agreed terms and conditions, including:
- which organisation will be the employer during a deployment;
- expected speed and length of deployment;
- skills and competencies of deployees;
- salary, allowances and other benefits;
- reporting procedures.
