About CiC - Employee Assistance

We live in an Information Age. Never before have life - and work - moved at such a pace. Always connected, a world of information at our fingertips. we are able to communicate at unprecedented speeds and in ever-more accessible ways. But technology has not just given us more time to relax, it has given us more time to work, and both stress and working hours are on the increase.

CiC is a specialist Employee Assistance Programme provider.

We help businesses and their employees deal with life in the modern workplace, from auditing an organisation's needs and providing a uniquely tailored training programme, to offering a full range of clinical support and assistance for managers and staff.

In operation since 1988, we work with companies both in the UK and overseas to optimize their most important asset, their staff. We were the first EAP to be audited against the professionals standards of the EAPA and currently offer our programme to over 250,000 throughout the public, private and voluntary sectors.
