About Health Poverty Action
Health Unlimited was founded in 1984 to support communities affected by war or conflict in their efforts to achieve better health and well-being. Most assistance in countries at war focuses on essential emergency relief, but does not address long-term health needs. But there are pockets of peace, particularly in remote areas, where long-term projects focusing on women and children are possible.
