About ProNet North
ProNet North is a Ghanaian NGO that started operations in the Upper West Region from the Nadowli district in 1995. The project focus at the time was on provision of water and sanitation facilities in needy and deprived communities, with the major donor at the time being WaterAid Ghana. Over the 14 years of existence, ProNet has expanded to cover all the 9 districts in the Upper West Region as well as one district in the Upper East Region in WASH, livelihoods and advocacy projects with different donors. Funding for these areas is obtained from WaterAid Ghana, Concern Universal Ghana, Comic Relief, VSO, and Care International.
