Emergency Card for crisis management

People In Aid is exploring the possibility of embarking on a commercial venture with Response24, a specialised firm focused on delivering crisis and cash management solutions, for the corporate and non-profit sector. We would offer the Emergency Card, the current working title, to our members. This card will provide an all-in-one solution for staff that combines a Visa cash card, crisis insurance and enhanced staff security coverage.
The difference between this card and others on the market is that the Visa cash option can be managed online by head office, facilitating potentially faster transfer capabilities and more streamlined back office expense reporting. Also, as Visa is a partner, they have arrangements with businesses and organisations that extend beyond just being able to access cash through an ATM. We also think that the card has the potential to save operational costs as well as minimize the security risk of some staff having to carry loads of cash overseas.
The card is designed for staff who travel occasionally or frequently. We anticipate that those individuals within your organization that take multi-country trips or work for several weeks or more away from their home base will appreciate the fast access to cash and other enhanced services that the card will provide.
The other two options on the card can be complimentary to existing security and insurance coverage, as well as, for some agencies, fulfil a real need within the organisation.
Agencies can order as many cards as they like. Costs will vary and be based on volume.
Our main aim for pursuing this project is to provide a unique benefit to our members and the sector at large that we feel could add value to supporting staff overseas. We also realise that some agencies may only want one of the services available on the card, and in most cases, we would be able to provide this as a bespoke product.
We really want to get this right if we pursue this on your behalf. We would like to assess the need for this product amongst you. If you could please take a few moments to respond to the 2 questions in the survey below, this will help us in our decision-making:
