Working with the CBHA: Key information
People In Aid have partnered with the Consortium of British Humanitarian Agencies on a wide variety of projects, such as competency frameworks for humanitarian workers, workshops for the development of humanitarian staff, and more.

Our new web page on our work with the CBHA details how People In Aid and the CBHA collaborated on the Core Humanitarian Competencies Framework, a guide that details a set of core humanitarian competencies and leadership behaviours.
The page features links to view the Competency Framework in full, including a comprehensive guide to the framework, as well as a history of the work that People In Aid and the CBHA have worked on together.
Also featured are highlights and learning from the Humanitarian Staff Development Workshop which People In Aid facilitated, including full action points from the participants of the day. You can also see a short video of the workshop highlights below.
