Does your organisation promote the right culture?

A lot of the discussion today followed yesterday's panel discussion on 'Staff Care: What Duty? Who Cares?' Representatives from Oxfam Novib, Interhealth, ACF UK, Mindfulness for NGOs and the ex- Global Editor of Reuters all took questions from the group. It was great to see such high profile agencies/organisations discussing the similarities of the problems they face.

HHR Amsterdam 2012 - Not Mentioned In Despatches

Mike Thomson, esteemed journalist and currently the Foreign Affairs Correspondent for BBC Radio 4, has just finished the keynote address here at HHR Amsterdam 2012. Mike touched upon his previous experiences, from visiting troops in the Central African Republic and prisons in Eastern Congo to interviews with Karen rebel leaders in Burma.
