Description
People in Aid with the collaboration of members and EPN participants have been working together on a way to improve employment references within the sector. A set of employment reference guidelines and proforma have been created and can be used in the recruitment of all personnel.
These include some useful good practice, information on the legal issues and advice on how to improve efficiency in recruitment and referencing. A further phase to this project will be for interested members to trial the guidelines and proforma within their existing process for a set period.
