The toolkit offers 3 types of audit – basic, full and enhanced. Undergoing the ‘full’ People In Aid HR Audit is a key milestone in implementing The Code of Good Practice. It is also a key step in obtaining the first People In Aid Quality Mark, a public recognition of your commitment to staff and professional HR
What are the expected outcomes from a People In Aid HR Audit?
- The Audit helps define gaps in your human resources implementation.
- The Audit helps to prioritise areas that need improvement.
- The Audit guides the development of a plan to implement improvements toward embracing the People In Aid Code of Good Practice.
How does the Audit work?
When you purchase the Full HR Audit, you receive the HR Audit Tool, assistance and support from a People In Aid HR Professional, and a report on the status of your organisation.
1st– Use the HR Audit Tool to begin a self-review of the HR function.
2nd – ½ day workshop with a cross-section of your staff and People In Aid HR Professional.
3rd – Report from People In Aid as to the status of your organisation and how the rest of the Audit should proceed.
4th – People In Aid members who complete this Audit (and other items) are eligible to receive the first Quality Mark.
