Maduri Moutou

Maduri gained over four years experience within Learning and Talent management in the private sector before moving to the humanitarian and development sector, starting to work for People In Aid in 2006.

Maduri took a sabbatical in 2005 to volunteer for a local Sri Lankan NGO and has previously enjoyed voluntary work with a London-based Tamil Womens Advocacy Group.

Maduri leads People In Aid’s international HR Services team. This includes managing People In Aid's core membership products and services, ensuring members agencies are engaged and supported through certification; ensuring an integrated global events calendar; coordinating the delivery of high quality research reports and publications as well as supporting and contributing towards donor reporting and evaluating People In Aid's impact. Maduri manages and develops the portfolio of tailored support offered by People In Aid, leading on the partner consultants network, proposal writing, costing and business development.

Past Project Experience:

Over the past five years Maduri has project managed tailored services, such as bespoke workshops, and facilitated sessions for Welthungerhilfe, NIDOS, Muslim Aid, Red Cross Netherlands, Canadian Red Cross, Netherlands Red Cross, Danish Demining Group, The Brooke, International Aid Services, Transparency International, International Rescue Committee.

Education/Qualifications: 

Maduri has a Bachelors degree in Cell Biology from Kings College London (2000) and a Masters in International Business Management from the University of Surrey (2001). She is a member of the UK’s Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and is both Level A& B qualified in psychological testing (through the British Psychological Society, 2006).

Erika Stankeviciute

Prior to joining People in Aid in November, Erika worked as Human Resources Assistant in UNICEF; whilst in the role she provided direct HR support related to the Haiti Emergency response. After that, she worked as Administration Assistant in the Finance Centre for UNICEF in Copenhagen, where part of her role entailed responding to the Japan earthquake and tsunami emergency in a supporting role in Supply Chain.

Erika works on the development and delivery of a wide range of membership products and services. Assisting People In Aid members in improving the quality of their people management, amongst other things, Erika works in the organisation of People In Aid's bespoke support services, from conception through to evaluation.

Education/Qualifications:

After obtaining a BA in Contemporary History in 2007, Erika moved to London where she is currently studying for her Certificate in Human Resources Management through the University of Wales.

Emmanuelle Lacroix

  

After spending a few years working in the commercial world where she started to build her HR career, Emmanuelle joined the sector in early 2005 as part of the International Personal Team at the British Red Cross. Her time with BRC included a year as the HR & Admin Delegate in their bilateral program in the Maldives. She then moved to Save the Children in the Humanitarian HR Team in September 2008 as Emergency HR Advisor, before joining People in Aid in June 2011.

In her role of HR Services Manager, Emmanuelle primarily leads on resources, workshops and events as well facilitating various networking groups for members and looking after members care. She also coordinates People In Aid's certification activities, and regularly represents People In Aid in various events and forums. In addition to this, her position includes a business development capacity.

  • participating as HR practitioner to a workshop on Pregnancy and Travel with InterHealth

Education/Qualifications

Emmanuelle holds a French Licence in Business Administration and a BA(Hons) in European Politics. She is also a member of the UK's Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).

Teresa Kamara

Teresa Kamara is based in Nairobi, Kenya. Teresa's role at People In Aid is to help build and maintain relationships, deliver services in the region including workshops and events and ensure the sustainability of People In Aid's East African work. Teresa works closely with the global HR Services Team from the People In Aid London office.

Having previously worked as the Deputy Director of Horn Relief, a development organisation dedicated to supporting sustainable peace and development in Somalia, Teresa has vast experience in directing program staff as well as 10 years experience in Strategic HR Management and HR capacity working for CARE.

Education/Qualifications: 

Teresa's academic achievements include a BA in Broadcasting Journalism and an MA in World and Gender Studies. She is currently studying for an MBA from the United States International University (USIU) in Kenya.
